Member having problem logging on

One regular member is having problems logging in. He keeps getting this message.
(We have detected suspicious activity related to your account. To unblock it, please click here and complete the form)
Ive tried changing his password but it still happens and i have tried logging in with my computer and i still get the same message?
Any ideas ?

This sounds like a problem of something of the member (username, Email address, ip, etc) being banned serverside. This happens every now and then because a year or so ago google began making lists of ips, usernames, email addresses, etc from across the globe that could be potential spammers or something like that, whenever google releases all the new updates to lists all at once every few months, it automatically updates in our server and any ips, email addresses, usernames etc that are on the list is automaticly blocked on our system. A ip, email, address, username, etc can end up on this list for various reasons adn could have nothing directly to do with a member, but it may also, regardless, this is probably what happened.

It is no big deal, however, as all I got to do is pass on the members information to a pro admin and they can be usually be unblocked.

To do this, however, I need you to send me the following information about the member via PM:

Code:

[b]IP address of the member:[/b]
[b]Username of the members having the problem:[/b]
[b]Email Address of User:[/b]
[b]Forum address:[/b]

Once I have this information, I will go ahead and pass it along and then once I do that, myself or another staff member will let you know as we have more information or to let you know when it is resolved.

Member access problems _ I had a member with the same problem a couple of days ago - this was rectified after giving you all her details, but unfortunately, she can't get in again today for the same reasons.

By pressing the IP button in a post by these members or be online at the same time and check the who's online section in the homepage of the administration panel.

You can also Email your member and ask them to go to this site
https://www.whatismyip.com/
or go in any browser and type in what is my ip address and hit enter

Good news we have removed the Ip ban on our servers and your members should not have any more problems Please advise they should clear their browser cache before trying to log in.

Was removal of the IP ban supposed to be a permanent thing for all members?

One of my members has been having a lot of trouble with this recently (see my previous threads) unfortunately it started again yesterday

Pleasepm me the info you posted before to brandon and i will see if i can get this lifted again.

I am not sure why this is still going on but i will do my best to get this fixed as soon as i can
