Member problems logging in
Hi
one of my members is having problems logging in and has done so now for a few days. The login is not accepting her password. I have changed her password twice now for to no avail I have checked the settings of my forum and cannot find any problems.. A couple of other members had a similar problem last week but eventually logged in by trying an old password and it worked which is strange as they hadnt used that password for mths. My forum url is PSP PLAYROOM I can send you the members username if you need it... She has been a member for a long time so i dont think its that she doesnt know what shes doing, Also she is a member of a few other forums and has no problems with them only my forum. Thank you.. I am the owner of the forum and my user name on there is GigiUK

Re: Member problems logging in
Hello,
After reseting the password, could you try logging in to their account to see if it lets you in?
Also ask the member to try clearing their browser cache and cookies.
If they are copying and pasting the password, ask them to hand type it in, this ensures it is being entered properly without any spaces or anything.
