how to make "New" notification

The top one is no new posts and the bottom is the image that appears if there is a new posts. You can fine an image such as the "new" that u seen and set the image URL for that icon to appear on your site.

TO find these icons follow this path. Administrator Panel>Display>Pictures And Colors>Pictures Management>Advanced Mode>Icons For The Forum.

From there you will be when I was when i took that picture. Hope this helps you out. Just in case you really do only know Indonesian I will put this in both languages.
