Okay, on my forum I have an image coloured blue which should appear whenever there is a new post on the forum. However, I have noticed that there have been a couple of new posts on the forum where the blue image hasn't appeared, and as a result some members have missed them.

Is there anything that can be done to rectify this please?

Cheers

Have you pressed the "Mark forum as read" button before those posts?

There is no button just a text at the bottom of the topics.

It sounds like a bug What i would ask you to do is to refresh your forum by Doing the following

ACP >> General tab >>
New post notification Configuration Forum >> Configuration >> Right to the bottom of the page to
Resynchronize your forum : tick the box and click save then clear your browser cache

No.  It just tries to fix glitches on your forum.
