Notification new post
One of my members does not receive emails on the topics he has a membership. He already already tried turning of the notifications/his membership and back on, but that didn’t work. What can he do in order to receive emails on the topics he wishes to?

Does he use hotmail (outlook) or gmail? Or does he use another email provider?

He has another provider and tried 2 different email adresses but both don't work

Please give us the host Email the member is using IE Hotmail.com Yahoo.com Outlook.com and so on
Please don't post all the Email address just the host it's self..

The problem has been solved. I logged in into his account, there was a setting in the preference menu that was not set right. Thank you for your help.
