issues with changing Founder account to a new person

Hi

I know lots of questions have already been asked about this but we have tried a few things and it doesnt seem to be working.

I am an admin and moderator on the forum http://sevimcomplex.forumotion.com/.

The original founder does not want to carry on with the forum and is going to change it so that i am the new founder.

i have had an email from her stating that she has changed the info of her moderator and admin account to my email but she can not log into the founder panel to change those to mine.

She had lost her password and sent a retrieve to which she got a new one but this still will not let her log in.

Is it because she has already changed the email details to mine under the admin and moderator.

we have been trying to sort this out for about a week now so any help will be greatly appreciated

Could the original founder come and give us more information?

she has handed all of it over to me and doesnt really want anything to do with it anymore.

I am now the main administrator (founder) on the account in Sevim forum as we have just managed to change it all to my details but it is getting into the founder tools on https://www.forumotion.com/utils
that we are having problems with.

is there anyway that this can be sorted without her having to join the help forum to contact you.
