UNABLE TO POST NEW TOPICS - URGENT - FORUM GLITCH

As of 13:00 hrs GMT today, I am unable to post new topics in my forum and suspect this is a global forum issue.

When a new topic is made, every time I send it, I get the error message: "You must enter a message while posting" and the message is stripped out of the message box, leaving it completely blank.  The message title, however, is intact.

Forum 'Replies' are not affect though.  Only New Topics.

This is not a double post.  This is to check if replies to this thread are accepted.

Incidentally, although my forum won't allow new topics to be posted, this is not an issue on here.

UPDATE:

I'm unable to reply to posts as well.  I've discovered that Replies containing just smilies are posted to topics, but any replies containing Text are not - the text is stripped out from the message box and the same error message as above is registered.

Also, I can't now send PMs!!!!


FURTHER UPDATE:

As of 14:36 hrs GMT the problem still exists.

Thankfully the email systems is still working.  I have had to email all my members to warn them of this problem.

FORUMOTION - Please advise an ETA on a resolution.

Have you gone through the forum permissions for these boards and made sure that new topics have been allowed? Also, if you are getting an error message, could you possibly provide an image of the error message to further give us information as to what you see so we can help out?
