    If you have some troubles on your forum, please report your problems by provind the following information:
    - Url of your forum
    - Browser
    - Forum version
    - Description of your problem
    - Screenshot

    Delete If you don't provide those information we won't take into account your problem. Thanks for your understanding!

    Add Bugs already reported:

    - Captcha while registering doesn't appear = solved
    - Chatbox message error = solved
    - Widgets missing on the portal = solved
    - Portal desactived = solved
    - New widgets added no saved on the Administrative Panel= solved
    - Javascripts, CSS and templates missing = solved
    - Permission group problem = solved
    - Message with 1970 dates = solved (edite your message and the right date should come back)
    - Hipay is missing = solved
    - Edition of a message is no taken into account = solved
    - Impossible to upload a new avatar via the profile and the AP "The image is too large or corrupted" = solved
    - The Accordion index menu is disappeared = solved

    I had the same problem with missing images, but after diving into Display/Pictures and Colors/Pics management I found out that the URL's of the related Hitskin pictures were messed up.. it showed url's like this: (I've blanket out the end part)
    https://hitsk.in/t/15/22/30/......... while the correct url should be:  http://hitskin/themes/15/22/30/.......... 

    So images not showing up were displayed by replacing the wrong part of the url with the part I've made bold !!
    I hope this will help many people who are having this problem.

    (Administration, I'm sorry for displaying these partially links but I didn't know no other way to show what's going on, delete it if I overstepped the rules with this please, I only want to help out Embarassed   )

    - Description of your problem: Over the last few days the site has seemed a bit... unstable. At first, the site just slipped into some maintenance mode, which has done before with other forumotion sites I belong to, but now it does it alone. Now, the site, on firefox, won't even load. The name comes into the browser bar btu the screen stays completely white. I just tried using Internet Explorer and the site works. while this is a good sign, I am fairly certain no one uses it for normal use.

    Here some explanations from our technicians:

    1- Messages missing: they need to get data from our previous datacenter, then synchronize all data to the new one. 
    2- Avatar, smiley, gallery images: They should come back today
    3- Skin (Hitskin): within 24h
    4- Widgets: they are still working on the problem
    5- Emails notifications: they are still working on the problem
    6- Maintenance page: should be solved

    If the Chinese government is blocking Google products then there is nothing we can do to help.  You can try to remove anything on your forum related to Google products.

    I am aware there are quite a bit of bugs but i am unable to load my forum at all. It says unavailable. Upon checking its status on  http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ it says it is down for everybody not just me.

    Forum does not load and the problem comes from the domain as when I type my old free url it does load the forum,
    I've also noticed that when I add www. to my url (http://www.ss-zone.net) it does work but my question is
    how come http://ss-zone.net or ss-zone.net doesn't load? Like imagine google.com not to work like a www. is a must to type (not)
    No domain requires www.  and this problem occurred only few days ago that's why I am posting here.

    Just wanted to say, that my specific problem that I have so far, is happening 
    to everyone who has a domain on Forumotion, as i have tested this on several of my friends sites, and none of them work without the www.

    This of course is a problem, because both urls are supposed to work, and many of us have pages and links across the net, only using the domain name url, without the www. (call it lazy, but like I said, it is supposed to work lol)

    Unfortunately many of those links can not be changed now, and are directing to pages and sites that will no longer load. Any word on why this is happening, and whether it will soon be fixed.
