I have a member on my forum experiencing an issue on email notifications from threads. He receiving the email, but when he clicks on the link he is prompted to log in, even if he is logging in on another window.

I figured it could be a cookies issue, but he claims they are all activated. It also occurs on multiple browsers. Any ideas on troubleshooting. He says until a few weeks ago there were no problems. No other members are experiencing these issues.

For me it loads fine. I am in Texas.

Have them clear their browsers' caches and histories.

I had one of them download a new browser they didn't have on their computer to access the site and they still had issues.

However it appears to work fine if they access the site via a link off another site, however bookmarks and directly typing into the address bar will not load the page.

I just noticed that it was a domain name. Have them type www. when they enter it in the browser bar.

That what I've mentioned in my post but sir is there any way to make it work without typing www. ?
I've been typing domains since I've been 7 years old without that www. it is kind of confusing

As an FYI, I have a user who cannot access the site either. She is using Chrome. It doesn't matter if she uses www. or is she tries to go through her favourites. It hangs, with message, "No Data Received". She has deleted her browsing history and cookies, exited, and reopened Chrome.

She can access it if she Googles our forum, and access it that way.

I was told by several members that when they click on the contribution button nothing happens, this was working before and i have not changed anything in the site. So i went into the Admin panel as i always do to check it and noticed the donation button is not showing up. I know it was working before because i created the donation page and everything. It looks like what ever changes were done over on FM did something to it. Can some one please verify.

I'm using Safari and Chrome both show the same thing.

I'm running a a modified PunBB, but my other server is also not showing the donation button.

First FM screws up with PayPal and now this?

It appears that my problem has been fixed by creating a new servimg account for that user name.

What has happened to the pictures in the old account for that user? Are they gone for good?

The "}" is necessary because that tells the CSS file to stop and end the code there. Otherwise the code's color will "leak" all over other forum content. If you add extra then the CSS file gets confused.

- Description of your problem: Two of my members reported that when they attempted to load the forum the other day It wouldn't load, and say "the forum doesn't exist". It was fixed for them about few hours later. The first one reported it 4 days ago, and the other reported that about 2 days ago, so they were two separate incidents, and no one else in my forum had the same problem. Note: It's fixed for them as of now; however, I'm concerned It might happen to other members, perhaps next time It would be a serious matter. But, If we can avoid that from happening, I'd like to avoid it from happening.

I believe the donation link being disabled for your forum has to do with the current Paypal problem.

On my forum some members say that the gallery slideshow widget is only showing items from their own personal gallery. I've also had this issue when I login as a regular member, as an admin I see everything normally though.
