Forum Business/Trademark

Hi,
I'm planning on creating an online business in the future. I wish to copyright and sell games I create, and trademark my company. Am I allowed to create a Forumotion forum/website for my company, and sell games with it?

As long as the content is yours and your forum follows the terms of service, there should be no problem. Smile

If your own content is copyrighted and trademarked then as long as you have something on your site saying you own the rights to said content e.g. a copyright in the footer of a forum then I believe you should be fine.

OK thank you, the reason I ask this is because Forumotion has copyright laws and if my own content was copyrighted and I used Forumotion for it, I just needed to make sure there wouldn't be any legal issues. Thanks again Smile
