In progress Mass email issue

Hi we wanted to send a newsletter to all our members from the Admin team via email. The first one we sent no one got the second one was more successful. It appears that some members received it and some didn't, there does not seem to be a pattern as to who received it or not. Any help welcome as we don't know what we have done incorrectly.

Could your members have possibly turned this option off? Let them check this in their Profile => Preferences => Allow newsletters
