Email delivery issue
Hi, Days ago I have received an email with a subject "Discover ForumsClub : Forumotion's new community site for building advanced collaborative communities!" sent by Forumotion.com administration from email noreply@forumotion.com
So it has landed into my Gmail account SPAM folder which is strange, and I believe my forums newsletters land into SPAM folder as well.
What do you think about this? thanks

Hello,
It's just your spam filter over reacting. You can just tick not spam and it will remove it fron the spam list.

Re: Email delivery issue
I understand that I can whitelist the noreply@forumotion.com email to receive in to inbox.
It's Gmail, and to tell 1000s of user to whitelist the email is realy not possible and not proffesional, the emails MUST land in to inbox, it means your domain got banned...

Re: Email delivery issue
It is not ban. It is that some email providers' spam systems overacts on some activity.

Re: Email delivery issue
Hello i can help here when a Email provider lets emails in to your inbox it looks for the first part of the Email address most ISP and email systems let them in and all is ok but now days it finds this part noreply@ not safe,
This is not 100% true though most sites now use the same "noreply@" name to start off with this is so no member of the public reply to the Email sent.
Sadly we can not help if your Email provider thinks this is junk but there is away to stop it and that is to white-list the address your self. I understand it can be a pain in the BUTT to tell all your members t keep doing this that's why i add it in our New members PM and then they will do it without any thought.
Sadly we will not change the address to something else as this would cost to much and time that we just don't have right now.
