Special rights for topic publishing.

Hi!

I've got a question. I want to be able to publish news articles in certain sections on the forum, without giving the permission to regular members to publish news articles (write topics) themselves, but I want to give them the opportunity to comment on them. In what way should I be setting up security? And can this be done for a publishing group as well?

At your forum permissions, press "Advanced Mode", there it'll allow people to leave a reply only without allowing them to create a topic, etc.
