Post by Sir dangerous dave November 24th 2014, 7:13 pm

    Hello,

Just after some advice on how long it takes the team to have a look in to a forum that has received a complaint?

I understand that there is a fair few forums and the team are busy.

    Thanks Dave

@Ramdaman, the question is in the statement. Read it differently. Read it like this.

@Sir dangerous dave, once a litigation report is sent, they will get to it as soon as they can. It can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours before they look into it. As for a reply, they will only reply once they actually get done looking over the report which can take some time. They have to make sure it does or does not violate the TOS of Forumotion. So due to this, it can take some time. For further answers, try contacting Buttercup or a Manager.

Hope this helps answer your question my friend!
