    In progress Litigation?

Post by tomoko kuroki Fri 22 Jan - 6:06

Hello, sorry if this isn't allowed, but I'm new (I've been here like only 10 minutes lol)

What is the Litigation thing about forum complaints? In America that means "lawsuit", I just want to file a huge complaint against a forum for cyberbullying, racism and adult-topic discussion, I don't want to sue anyone....

    How does it work?

It means a report will be sent to Forumotion's litigation team which will read the report and check the forum in question for violations of the Terms of Service.

If it breaks the Terms of Service in a major way, the forum will be ban.  If the violations are minor, the forum will be given time to correct the violations.

    Ohh, I see, thanks!

How bad would it have to be to get banned? The forum in question has a lot of racist and sexist stuff and talks a lot about sex, so I reported them earlier today

We do not know since we are not in contact with the litigation team.
