Flash menu ??!!!

I want to have a logo in flash but I don't know how to make one.Can you tell me the way to make a logo in flash. Especially, can you tell me how I can make a flash menu.I've looked for a lot in the forums but I've just not found the ways

here step to add flash menu on your forum

1. upload your .swf file using http://www.swfupload.com/. get a .swf url
2. go to your admin panel > portal > protal management.
3. Create new block and name it navagiation
4. pas this code on your new portal block

Would probably better if you are searching for some flash tutorials then on a graphics website or google. Just enter "flash tutorial" and I'm sure you'll get some hits that are interesting for you. There are also some websites out there that are generating flash menus and navigation bars for you.

The problem is that all of those doesn't seem to be able to type Vietnamese, you know my forum is a Vietnamese-language one.
Can U please suggest flash tutorial that I caan type Vietnamese on???????!!!!!!!!!!
