Flash Menu problem

I created one flash menu with "Flash menu Factory" program and i want to add in my forum if it is possible.
This program created one file *swf and it gives me one code to add in my forum, i added already this code but i dont know if this file need to upload somewhere or/and if this code works in my forum.

I have in my pc the file named :SRO Forum-menu.swf" but i dont know how to give on this code the link if uploaded somewhere.
