    hi,

    A user of my forum forgot his username and his password. When i look him up with his email adress i can't find him but when i try to register him with that same email adress it says he is already is registered.

    Can you let me know where i can find his username and why i can't see him in my user list?

    Is that member under the inactive members list ?
    Administration Panel > Users and Groups > Users > Inactive users
