Attaching a Document to a Forum

I'm trying to set up a registration forum in which I have to attach a liability form for people to print out and sign. However, I cannot figure out how to attach the document. Can someone help me?

There are no attachments on Forumotion forums, but you can upload the file that you want to a file hosting site and then add the link for it in your post.
