How do I copy and paste a Word document to my forum ?

I have created a scorecard for a specific event for my WGT CC . The scorecard is in Word . I have not figured out how to copy it to my forum .

 I hope this is possible .

 This is it ( above ) . When I pasted it here it eliminated the cells and misaligned it a little . Which is fine . I cannot seem to do this in my forum . What do I have to do to duplicate what i have here ?
