Forgot Admin Password, would like to recover old account Empty Forgot Admin Password, would like to recover old account

hello! I recently found one of my old forumotion accounts but i forgot the password to the account. I would like to recover that account but when i click "i forgot my password" and put in the info it says 
this: The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
some one help!
