Guests not being able to click on links

First: Happy New Year..

I didn't notice until this weekend that guests can't click on the links to other sites...they should be able to..how do I fix that..

I am using just one site to fix this problem until I get that fixed then I can do that to all the other sites..I have unlocked everything and have gone into the Admin..and looked at permissions and I have it set to ALL..then I log out and try to click on the link and it is still not working..

Not sure if I explained this very well..sorry if I haven't..

Can anyone help me with this please..thank you in advance for your help..

Try checking the following option. Go to Administration Panel > General > Security

Find "Disable external links to guests in messages", tick "no" and save.
