Enable Guests to click user profile links
For people not logged in, I want to know how to make the userlinks appear as links and not as plain text.

Have you modified any templates and/or added any coding (CSS, JavaScript, etc.) recently?

The user profile page must be visible to guests so that the username in the post profile can be clickable.
Admin Panel > Users and Groups > Special Rights > View the profile > Guests > Save.
If this option is set higher, the links will be removed for those below the specified level.
