I have created a forum and following this https://help.forumotion.com/t133904-how-to-import-your-external-forum-on-forumotion?highlight=import to import from an existing forum I own (Phpbb Not forumotion) but no matter what I do I keep getting this message Oops, the sending of your database has failed. You can either retry the sending or contact our teams migration@forumotion.com I have sent them an email so can anyone tell me how long it will take for them to reply? and I presume I will have to recreate the forum since there is no other way to import except at the point of creation.

Re: migration
I believe they will try to get back to you within 24 hours but as it is the weekend now it might be Monday before you get a reply.

Re: migration
Ok update my forum was apparently completed today at about 4 pm gmt, however it still doesn't look right in many ways but Buttercup said it takes time to synchronize which I guess I understand to a point but can someone tell me if what you see below looks right and it will right itself shortly? As you can see there are 63200 posts in ZERO subjectsÂ
Our users have posted a total of 63200 messages in 0 subjects
Also can anyone tell me will all the images ie photo's appear at some point?

If it has not corrected itself, you can try resyning your forum in a day or so.

Ok I will see how it goes. I see today I still have zero topics but late last night I had 72 topics of my 63200 so the 72 have gone now

Hello @FIB
SLGray is true. It is just a synchro issue. Your data will change after posting on the topic or by doing a forum sunchro
