    Technical Details

    Forum version : phpBB2
    Position : Administrator
    Concerned browser(s) : Mozilla Firefox
Who the problem concerns : A few members

    Description of problem

    Good Day,

I have one member who complains not staying logged in on our forum, Tagger Tavern, even though he has the "Log me in automatically" checked.

    http://taggertavern.forumotion.com/forum

No one else is is having this problem.

I've instructed him to delete Internet History, cookies, temp Internet files and cache from his computer as well as doing the "Delete the forum cookies" at the bottom right of the home page. It didn't help.

I've double checking everything in the ACP and don't see a problem there.

What else can I do to correct this problem?

    Thanks in advance,
    Twylyght

    His his Info

Home network, running windows 7 ultimate 64bit (yes All my updates are up to date and current,So it could be a .net framework issue maybe) both browsers Chrome and firefox do the same thing (there is no difference when I come here.)...I've turned off all adblockers, and flash blockers, restarted the the browsers...Deleted the computer cookies, the board cookies.

The windows update,is the only thing that has changed majorly...My set up has been the same

Hopefully all that help to correct the issue he's having.

    Thanks

It could be a connection issue.  It might be that the member's connection is dropping.
