I think - we can be nice with him/her. every one is like a baby when they are new in a place Smile

one day i waste 3 thousand us doller to make a website. but now i can make this by myself:)
may be this person really needs help. but may be he/she dont know how to present his/her problem... may be problem for language or something like that...

Are you saying that you have purchased points (maybe for a domain) and you aren't seeing the name change yet? (It takes a few days to see the change)

Maybe you've purchased points and want to use them toward your gallery or to edit your forum header or footer?

Try and make us understand what you mean.

I see that you have now updated your first post with a screenshot. The points management option is not visible to all admins - only the Founder can see this. Wink
