When you go to "Modules / HTML" you will find your created HTML pages and their links. You could post those links anywhere - for example in your Navigation Bar. Click "General / Homepage / NavLinks" and then "create a custom menu". Fill in the fields and enter the link to your HTML-page into "Redirection URL".
