About the News Box in the portal

I'm trying to put some news on the portal, and I can't figure how to do it... Once again, I'll need help on this...

about the main problem.

admin panal>portal struckter>create a custom block( thats at the bottom)> then type in what ever you want. then save.


now, your not finished.

go to Add/Delete of personal modules( its in the same place. bottom left)> find the one you made> choose where you would like it to be in the portal, and then click " add the module.

I got the Title of the new block to appear in the portal, but no way i can make the message appear, even with following carefully your explanation...

Hello.

You can set it in Admin Panel > Portal > Configuration > Module News Option > you choose the board of the news.

After, when you post topics in the choosen board, they mustn't be in announcemenet, stickies or locked to display in the portal.
