Please accept Domain Transfer before it expires..

Hello,
Domain Name of my Forum only 30 days before the expiration.
So I hope that the Administration will allow me to Transfer Domain before it expires.
Because if it expires, and became derelict state, the others will take my domain purchase.
My Domains with high Alexa Rank, so more people will want to have it ..

I tried to ask several times before, but were denied. Please help me. This domain name has almost expired (30 days) So let me Transfer.
