abandoned site being used for piracy and possible malware

Many years ago I had a forum through this company that a feewfriends of mine and myself used for roleplaying. People moved on and it's long since been dead. Matter of fact I forgot it existed until yesterday I got an email saying a rather odd looking name for a user account had been deactivate on this old forum that's been inactive for about 6 years now. At first I thought nothing of it thinking some wanting to roleplaying had stumbled across it but when I went to the actual forum I noticed hundreds of threads had been created and they all looked like to be torrent links. I can't login to the admin account to do anything about it and some one must have hacked it or my account since I can't even so much as do a password recovery. Every time I've tried I get a message stating that the admin password reset has been disabled. I have a tendency to forget things so I know I would of have never activated that functionality. I honestly don't want the site back I just want it shut down and to wash my hands of it. The site url is http://thelake.forumotion.com/
