Templates Section Missing

As the title suggests, I am having an issue where the Templates section in the Display tab is missing. I was hoping to access it to change the reputation bar but then noticed it wasn't there. How would I happen to bring it back?

If you cannot see the templates it means you're not founder or co-admin of the forum. The founder let you accessing the administrative panel but not the template management.
You should talk about it to your admin
