Problem with topic preview

Hello,

I my forum (phpbb3) is this tutorial in progress:

If someone opens the preview with the respective button, on the right will appear a plus (+) and a minus (-) button to like/ score the start post. By clicking on minus (-) the like system will show e.g. 2.01 likes. This is not the intended effect.

So, my question is, whether it is possible to remove the function in the preview on the right to like/ score the start post with plus (+) or minus (-).
