Cannot export skin/layout/theme

hallo everyone.
I'm the founder of newworld.danskforum.net which is a phpBB 2
And I'm planning to export the skin so I can use it for my new forum

but when I try to export it says
"C:\Users\Badgirl\AppData\Local\Temp\0hgV3mxK.bbtheme.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator."

I can try to redownload it through my browser and then i get a file called "newworld-actual-20150705.bbtheme" but it is only 16,5kb large, so that doesn't seem right.

Then I tried to upload it through hitskin.com but it says 
"Errors during the image recovery : htt/43/i_msg_newpost.gif(#1)"

I do not know what to do now???
