    i want users to register before they can see or write under posts in my forum..
    how do i do that??

    Hello @minneauxx,
    Visit : Admin Panel = > General = > Categories and forums => change the permissions on every forum in hand, so:
    View forum and posts: Members
    Writing new subject and posts: Members
