Forum Word Count Empty Forum Word Count

Hi guys,

My website: http://hogwartsandbeyond.forumotion.co.uk/

Problem: I want to make this forum have it's own word count. A minimum of 150 words with a minimum of one letter in them. I have word counts in different categories on the site, but this category doesn't need the word count. Can I just apply it to this forum? If so, what's the code please?
