    Solved One my forum admin stole my acc

    One my forum admin stole my acc. I've created that forum. So I'm main administrator of that forum... I was main adminstrator... Now I cant log in... : | she changed my password, e-mail , forum domain... everything : |

    Have you tried  to log in on your founders tools here >> Forums utilities if you can log in to that tool you can log back in to your forum and then reset your account and then remove the admin. give that a try and get back to me.

    Hello,


    Just also wanted to let you know that no one other then the founder can change the Founder's password or email. Only the founder can do this. It is one of the security features put in place by forumotion to prevent the founder account from being hacked, etc. The only way another admin could accomplish this would have been to login to the founder account itself. Did you give the other admin your founder account details? If so, I would strongly recommend you didn't do this, that way it is almost impossible for something like this to happen again.


    Anyhow, I am glad you managed to resolve your issue and get back into your account.
