I had our forum recovered yesterday after it had previously been deleted. Our forum Url www.matureplaystationgamers.com should redirect from Crazy Domains to the forumotion url of matureps3gamers.forumotion.com but this isn't working. Everything is still configured on Crazy domains as it was before the forum was deleted but when I try to add the personalised domain name www.matureplaystationgamers.com into the relevant section in the administration panel I get the following error.

The supplied domain name is not well configured
You have no CNAME redirecting to : matureps3gamers.forumotion.com

I can't work out what the problem is as nothing has been changed on the Crazy Domain setup and the Cname appears to be configured properly.

I'm not sure about this but i think @Buttercup can only answer this one, although Pro Admins don't work on weekends so expect her by Monday(Tomorrow in French Time).
