Sending a newsletter to a Group

When one tries to send a newsletter or email  to a particular group . Select each member from the group . Will they still receive the email if 

  Allow newsletters , is not enabled in their profile ?

If the member doesn't accept to receive newsletter via the profile, he won't get your newsletter even if he/she belongs to the group.

 I was afraid you may say that I have two sizeable usergroups that have those disabled . As a convenience for them not to receive the main news letters . But I guess . That making them a user group . Excludes them from being on the member list . If not I may have to rename the member list ?
 What does it men by , by a website form?

Hi Azwiz,

Simply put, if someone has set their profile preferences to not recieve newsletter, newsletters will not be sent to that person. Anyone else in the group or whoever is supposed to recieve the newsletter, will recieve it.
