Moderators Cannot Delete Posts

Description of problem

I don't what is going on but my moderators are complaining that they can't delete any posts in the forums that I've allowed them to mod. I've double checked all the permissions, re-synced the forum, checked the group they're in and still nothing seemed to help. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is the box for that group checked called Moderate?  Make sure you are in advanced permission mode.

Yes, everyone is marked as "Moderate" for their usergroup.

Does your forum have a 'delete a post' icon? If not, it would difficult (but not impossible) to delete a post on the forum.

The forum does have a delete icon.

Hello i have looked at your forum and you could try this

ACP >> General Tab >> Categories and forums Advanced Mode Click the forum you want the staff to delete in and then Click Permissions Tab on the mods see screen shot
That should let all staff Delete posts

give that a try if not then i will look in to it some more

You will have to do that to all your forums you need the staff to mod in thou.

LoL i know i had the same problem before it is down to the staff not having the delete setting them self.

As soon as this is turned on in the ACP it then lets the staff mod the full forum and there own posts.
