How to change payment information, or who can I email?

Hello,
I became forum owner and now we are 11 days from renewing. Payment is in the old owners name, is there a way in the tools panel to change this?

If you are the new founder you should see the tools to pay for credits you just click on the one you want to pay by.

There should not be any name set to the account as the founders account is the one one that can see that tool in the ACP. it don't matter what name is on the account.

Are you using the founder account?  Only the founder account can see the credit section in the administration panel.  There is no need change anything if you are using the founder account.
