Solved Embarrassing Moment

lol I forgto my password used to access my forum. It's a new forum and I have changed the option in the admin panel in "General" to "Security", where it says to allow password to change. I forgot the change the option to "Allow" and I cannot request a password change. I was wondering if anyone could help me if possible?
