why no editor menu in new post and quick reply?

You have added a code in your forum that is making this go

Please turn off your javacodes and see if the problem is still there

If the problem is fixed by turning off the code then turn them on again and remove one by one to see what code is messing it up.

also if you have made a change to the templates do the same with them
