    Hello,

Do you mean on your forum or the support forum?

Was the account simply de activated or deleted completely from the forum/database via the delete an account option in your profile/admin panel?

If you have deleted a member on your forum  then you could try a backup of members and topics only on the founders tools >> Forum Utilities You would have to back it up twice one will have to be the week dating when you deleted the account and then back to the date last showing on tools This will update the members but as i have never done this i can not be 100% sure it will work.

To do the backup please read this thread first >> How does a backup work ?

Ape, yes I can confirm a full forum back up can successfully bring deleted members back onto the forum, I have actually had to do this before on my forum one time.
