Need some help with seperate Categorys [solved]

I have the same problem that the person in the link im putting her has.

I still dont get it right after trying what you suggest in the link.

Go to admin panel=>General=>Homepage=>Hierarchy and look for this option "Split categories on index :" and choose "Medium"
