Posting forums/categorys. Need help (solved)

This might sound lame but I have forgotten how to post a forum/category.
Boardlog is very tricky but I can not find where to make a forum in the admin panel.
Just all I need is one answer.

go to your admin panel>>forum>>managment>>Chooses in the tree structure where you want to create your forum or your category>>>>Choose the kind of forum you want: forum or category>>choose your Forum Permissions Control>>save
