Try again, make sure the email you receive has the same password as what you send.

I have tried it a few times the only thing I can think that might be causing the problem is in the e mail there is a link I have to click the activate the new password but that just brings me to a list of fishing sites with mine at the top, it looks like a search results page.It wont bring me straight to the forum if it should ???

I have sent you a new password Please reply here to tell me if you got in your forum.
Make sure you Copy and paste the New Password in your log in password input
or type it as it is sent to you.
Once you get in your forum make sure you go in your ACP and change your Password
Once you change your password i will set your founders tools up for you.

As your PM said you may have a problem with Google Chrome
To fix this Delete the browser and restart your computer
Then reinstall it from Fresh this will push your browser to be clean and should fix your problem.

Remember if you Change your Founders Password on your forum the Founders tools will need to be updated by the founder aswell
