Topic background highlight chooser?

Hello,
I'd like to ask if it was possible to add a text background color chooser button to the editor? It would make it possible to choose a title highlight color. :O And the result would highlight the title.

Sorry for the late reply. It's possible, I suppose one way of achieving this would be using the topic descriptions, and then JS to loop through the descriptions and format the title. Would you like to try doing it that way ?

If it is too complicated or time consuming you don't have to work on it.  
I just wanted to find a way to organize the tutorials, but I'll think of something else then.
