they cant register in my forum

hi!
my name is richie and i have forum - www.simmerforum.com
but there are some problems, that the new members can not register, the mail that they receive ir blank, just white, and theres nothing, like link etc.
what happened? because some time they can register, but know - can not!

I have a problem with that sometimes. I usually send an email to people that haven't activated their account for a couple of days asking them if they got the email, and if not if they still want to join. Then you can activate the account yourself, or if they don't want to be a part of the forum you can delete their account.

how can i acitivate their accont by myself?!
this problem is very negative, because there are a lot of peope, who want to join in our community, but in this moment nobody can register.

Go to the admin panel->users & groups->inactive users. There will be a list of people who have created an account, but haven't activated it yet. You can mark the check box in the far right column on the lines of the users you want to activate, then click on activate. They will then be activated.

make sure the user it was sent to it was not in a spam folder or make sure it is not marked as spam.

Also this sometimes works add the email it was sent from.
