I Can't register in my forum Empty I Can't register in my forum

Like i said.. i cant register in my forum..
after i type my:
Username:
Email:
Password:
then i hit SAVE. then gone! i mean nothing there.. it suppose to be "Confirm password" but its nothing there, No-thing..

could someone help me here. im trying to figure out but i dont know what im gonna do.
