Error during your credits update.

First topic message reminder :

i keep getting this when i try to buy credit each time

"Sorry, we cannot complete your payment at this time"

i use my skrill account to do it tho

I also tried all options and got the same error. I am not understanding how we are able to buy credits if we can't get through this system. Calling them does not help - we have been through this before, but what did work was trying several different cards until one worked. That doesn't seem to be working either. We have also had the same input from members who try to donate. Thank you for your patience and help with this.

Please read what the member has side they are not just using Skrill they have also used Paypal and are still getting the problem so there for there must be some other underlined problem.

Not being funny but if it was just One system then we would say its 100% down to Skrill but it is not Just Skrill it is Paypal aswell so this has to be looked at by the teach team.

If i wanted credits i would run a test my self but as i Don't need any right now i can't run a test.

yes and then in other posts after thet the member says they used Paypal and now they have gave the other systems we offer a try and still get the same error so there for it is some thing our end or it has something to do with the part of the world the member lives .... one way or the other this needs to be reported to our teach team to look at as the member wants to buy credits and can't do it with any of our systems

I contacted them says the account is perfect..

I went ahead to try my friends PayPal account to see..still the same error

unable to get the donations into credits at Krill at at all. We have no account with PayPal available. we also had the same thing happen with allo pass with the addition of a browser stating that there was no way to complete such a transaction.
haven't had donations in awhile and have adds all over if the person is logged out or not registered.
possibly people have attempted and not been able to donate, and given up.
don't have the ability to contact Krill or Allopass, but just like the OP here the problem is not just one company.

don't know what is meant by credit system it is the one that came with the board. Last time a successful interaction was made was 6 months ago. Paypal was available to subscribers then. The Paypal logo is on the administrators side but no longer appears on the subscribers side.
browsers used are Firefox and Chrome, error reported happened with Firefox.
I am not sure how to make a screen shot, would like to learn.

went to the tutorial and read it thouroughly. could not find Paint on my computer. Have a program named Picasa which am not sure how to make it do the same thing?

We have extensively studied this problem and I can confirm that the problem is not on the side of Forumotion. As seen in the screen you provided you have been redirected to the called back URL when an error occurs. Therefore, it's Skrill which is the source of the problem.



Indeed, as you can see on your screen, the id_m parameter received by Forumotion from Skrill for your action is 4 which is the error code that's why the forum show's the error page = normal.

On our side, we contacted skrill support to report the issue but I must admit that from my experience, they are not too reactive...! then I suggest you to do the same so that they'll move and accelerates resolution of this problem.

Skrill don't give a [Language]...I can call and be on hold like 30mins...
U send them report or message...u will be waiting on them the whole year..

But I tried PayPal again tho..had an error after the first transaction

We just had a response from Skrill that recognize having errors on their part.

@minneauxx Can you please send me by PM the email address of your Skrill account to see if it's the error address they're talking about ?

skrill team confirm that your email is the one that appears in their errors log! therefore, it's on their side. you have to be patient until they fix the problem
